"Open the Heart" Meditation with Cathy Mann 4:00 - 5:00 PM 10/5, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2 Four Week Session $48 or $15 drop-in Please Pre-register A practical way to reduce stress in your life, and techniques to soothe your soul. Meditation, breathwork and sound designed to relax the body and ease the mind. Meditation improves concentration, cultivates inner peace and increases vitality. Based on the teachings of the Oneness Foundation. A practice for new or experienced meditator. Shamanic Drumming 4th Friday of Every Month Time: 7:15 - 9/9:30 PM Cost: $10 to cover the cost of the space, this will be reduced if enough people attend. Join us for a night of shamanic community, journey work, healing and drumming. This circle is open to anyone who knows how to journey shamanically. It is not, however, a class for learning how to journey. Bring drums and rattles if you have either or both. Also bring a notebook and pen to record your journeys. | Mom and Me Yoga Mondays 10:15 - 11:00 am Who says the start of your week can't be very exciting and refreshing? Join a fun group of Moms and Toddlers for a good stretch and a great time. Your child will have fun creating jungle animal poses, climbing through downward dog tunnels, singing songs and making great friends. Turn Mondays in to Fun-days. If you have not taken a Mom and Me Yoga class try one for free. See if you like it! Mention this email and your first class will be free. Kids Yoga with Jen Thursdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm As your children move through the school year, think about yoga to help calm and center them. Children practicing yoga often get better test scores, are able to stay more focused, and be more relaxed. Children in various sports activities can benefit from enhanced flexibility and greater body awareness through the practice of yoga. Yoga teaches your child how to tune in to how the body works and provides tools to help handle stressful situations and emotions. Your child moves in thousands of different ways every day. Won't it be great for them to know how their actions both mentally and physically affect them? |
