We also offer one of the Franklin region's deepest selections of healing therapies, including Acupuncture, Shiatsu and CranioSacral Therapy as well as a dynamic schedule of informative workshops on meditation, nutrition and health and wellness issues to help people at all ages restore the body, mind and spirit.

Behind all The Yoga Studio's services is an overriding goal to help people move forward on their personal journey of wellness and transformation. Stop in today and meet the active and vibrant community of people who enjoy practicing yoga with us.

Marian has enjoyed a lifelong passion for athletics, including long distance running, ice hockey, crew, and most recently, tennis. However, as a result of several injuries, topped with the stress of owning a small business, Marian looked to yoga to find a gentler way of treating her body and her mind. For years she supplemented her athletic lifestyle with the practice of yoga. However, it was not until she had children that she settled into a regular practice and became a certified teacher. Now a Reiki Master and a Registered Yoga Teacher, Marian brings her athletic perspective to her teaching. With a background in the Iyengar mehtod of yoga, she is focused on developing proper alignment as well as uniting breath with body. She hopes that through her classes she can help others develop flexibility and strength so that they too can maintain (or regain) an active lifestyle. Marian brings a relaxed kind of levity to the studio through a variety of music mixes as well as a constantly changing weekly sequence.
