Jean Greiff
Jean has been practicing yoga at The Yoga Studio for ten years. Being a long-term practitioner of yoga helped her to develop a strong basis for her personal practice and this wealth of knowledge is evident in her teaching.  She became certified through the Finding Inner Peace Yoga School in 2006 and has been teaching at The Yoga Studio ever since.

For the last four years, Jean has been on the staff at Dana Hall School in Wellesley, where she teaches yoga to children and teens.  Jean is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As a result of this training, her classes have a focus on the psychological as well as the physical well-being that comes from practicing yoga. She believes that yoga offers a profound and lasting path toward wellness and considers it a “helping” profession much like social work.

Perrin LeBlanc
Perrin is a certified Yoga teacher who came to The Yoga Studio ten years ago to cope with a medical condition and found yoga to have far more benefits than simply managing her pain.  She decided in 2008 to begin her teacher training with Cathy Mann through the Finding Inner Peace Yoga School, so she could share the healing power of yoga with others.  She teaches asana with an emphasis on proper alignment and Ramayana as a path to intuitive healing. She is a compassionate, nurturing teacher who inspires her students to new levels of confidences and encourages them to move from within.

Jennifer LeFond

She currently enjoys teaching people of all ages, and runs the children's program here at The Yoga Studio. Jennifer teaches a Mom and Me class for toddlers and a Children’s class for kids 5 to 11. Her exuberant spirit and sparkling personality makes her uniquely qualified to guide children and adults to find their playful side while improving their strength, flexibility, and focus.  She teaches a gentle class on Monday night and is of the belief that even in a gentle class you can have a great work out that honors your body, relaxes your mind, and lets your spirit soar.
